Every StressFree Academy™ certificate holder agrees to operate with clarity, professionalism, documentation, honest communication, and respect for the limits of their training.
The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to make the StressFree Academy™ standard clear before a certificate is issued. A certificate holder must communicate responsibly, document accurately, avoid fear-based claims, stay within the scope of their training, and protect public trust.
Certificate holders must explain mold-related conditions in plain language without exaggeration, scare tactics, or misleading claims.
Statements about work, conditions, completion, training, or status should be supported by documentation whenever possible.
Certificate holders must not present training completion as a state license, medical qualification, legal authority, engineering opinion, or industrial hygiene credential.
People should understand the condition, the concern, and the next step before being asked to approve any work.
Professional conduct includes clean work habits, respectful communication, responsible product use, and care for the occupied environment.
Every certificate holder represents the standard. Misuse of the certificate, badge, title, or verification system may result in removal from active standing.
Conduct themselves in a way that strengthens confidence, reduces confusion, and reflects a documented standard of education, communication, and accountability.
These standards define what ethical conduct should look like in the field, in communication, and in documentation.
StressFree Academy™ reserves the right to suspend, revoke, deactivate, or remove any certificate record if a certificate holder misrepresents training, makes unsupported claims, violates ethical standards, uses the certificate deceptively, or harms public trust.
