By permitting work to begin, the client confirms that they understand the service is limited to the written scope provided and that StressFree Mold Removal is not responsible for conditions, damages, moisture sources, hidden defects, health concerns, indoor air quality outcomes, or areas outside the documented scope of work unless expressly stated in writing.

By accessing this website, requesting service, or engaging in any business transaction with StressFree Mold Removal, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or our services.

2. Scope of Services

StressFree Mold Removal provides environmental surface treatment, cleaning, and related services. Services are limited strictly to the scope defined in the written estimate, agreement, or invoice.

  • No service extends beyond the explicitly defined work area.
  • No structural repairs are included unless stated in writing.
  • No guarantee is made outside documented service scope.

3. No Mold Remediation or Medical Claims

Unless explicitly stated in writing and supported by proper testing, services provided should not be interpreted as certified mold remediation.

  • No medical advice or health guarantees are provided.
  • No indoor air quality certification is implied.
  • No clearance of mold presence is guaranteed.

4. Moisture Responsibility

Mold growth is directly related to moisture conditions. The client is solely responsible for identifying and correcting any underlying moisture sources.

  • Leaks, humidity, condensation, and water intrusion are not corrected unless stated.
  • Future mold growth may occur if moisture conditions persist or return.

5. Guarantee, Certificate & Verification Terms

Any guarantee issued by StressFree Mold Removal is limited, conditional, and applies only to the documented treated area listed on the official guarantee certificate.

Guarantee certificates may include a certificate ID, service date, expiration date, QR code, and online verification status. The online verification system is provided only to confirm whether a certificate record appears active, expired, invalid, or unavailable.

  • Guarantees apply only to qualifying completed work.
  • Guarantees apply only to the documented treated area.
  • Guarantees do not cover new or recurring moisture problems.
  • Guarantees do not cover leaks, flooding, humidity, condensation, structural issues, plumbing issues, roof issues, or ventilation problems.
  • Guarantees expire automatically based on the certificate expiration date.
  • Verification status may be updated, corrected, suspended, or revoked if records are incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or disputed.

A certificate, QR code, or online verification result does not represent laboratory clearance, medical advice, indoor air quality certification, or a guarantee that mold will never return.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StressFree Mold Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • No liability for hidden conditions or pre-existing damage.
  • No liability for post-service environmental changes.

7. Property Conditions & Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

  • All valuables should be removed or protected.
  • Work areas must be accessible and cleared.
  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions may result in service refusal.

8. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are outlined in your estimate or invoice. Failure to pay may result in collection action or additional fees.

  • Deposits may be required prior to service.
  • Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur penalties.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse, copy, or exploit any content without permission.

  • No unauthorized reproduction or distribution.
  • No use for unlawful or harmful purposes.

10. Modifications
