2. Scope of Services

StressFree Mold Removal provides environmental surface treatment, cleaning, moisture-related support, documentation assistance, and related services.

• No service extends beyond the explicitly defined work area.
• No structural repairs are included unless stated in writing.
• No hidden or inaccessible areas are included unless documented.
• No guarantee is made outside the written service scope.

3. No Mold Remediation, Medical, or Air Quality Claims

Unless explicitly stated in writing and supported by proper testing, services performed should not be interpreted as certified mold remediation.

• No medical advice or health guarantees are provided.
• No indoor air quality certification is implied.
• No clearance of mold presence is guaranteed.
• No guarantee is made that mold will never return.

4. Moisture Responsibility

Mold growth is directly related to moisture conditions. The client is solely responsible for identifying and correcting any underlying moisture source unless specifically included in writing.

• Leaks are not repaired unless stated.
• Roof issues are not corrected unless stated.
• Humidity and ventilation problems are not corrected unless stated.
• Future mold growth may occur if moisture conditions persist or return.

5. Guarantee, Certificate & Verification Terms

Any guarantee issued by StressFree Mold Removal is limited, conditional, and applies only to the documented treated area listed on the official certificate.

Guarantee certificates may include a certificate ID, service date, expiration date, QR code, and online verification status.

• Guarantees apply only to qualifying completed work.
• Guarantees apply only to the documented treated area.
• Guarantees do not cover future moisture events.
• Guarantees do not cover flooding, leaks, plumbing issues, roof failures, or structural issues.
• Guarantees expire automatically based on the listed expiration date.
• Verification status may be updated, corrected, suspended, revoked, or removed if records are incomplete or disputed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StressFree Mold Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, or third-party damages.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
• No liability for hidden conditions or inaccessible areas.
• No liability for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed damage.
• No liability for post-service environmental changes or future moisture events.

7. Property Conditions & Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

• All valuables should be removed or protected before service.
• Work areas must be accessible and reasonably cleared.
• Unsafe conditions may result in service refusal or cancellation.
• StressFree Mold Removal reserves the right to stop work if hazards exist.

8. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are outlined in your estimate, invoice, or agreement.

• Deposits may be required before scheduling.
• Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or collection action.
• Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs if payment defaults occur.
