StressFree Academy™ training standards were created to define how we educate, document, communicate, and evaluate mold-related conditions. These standards support homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, referral partners, and future team members.
Mold work should not rely on fear, vague promises, or inconsistent explanations. A standard creates a repeatable way to educate people, evaluate conditions, explain scope, document work, and verify completion.
Training must explain mold, moisture, treatment, prevention, and documentation in language people can actually understand.
Education should reduce confusion, not create panic. Claims must be practical, honest, and tied to visible conditions.
Training must reinforce the importance of scope, photos, SDS access, completion records, and verification.
Each StressFree Academy™ training path is structured around practical decision-making, not memorized talking points.
Not every person needs technician-level training. The Academy framework separates public education, partner education, internal standards, and advanced application so each audience gets the right level of information.
StressFree Academy™ certificates are intended to show completion of a StressFree-created educational program. They are not a state license, government credential, medical qualification, engineering designation, or industrial hygiene certification.
The participant completed the assigned training material and any required assessment.
Future certificates may include a unique ID that can be verified through a public verification portal.
Training completion does not authorize someone to make medical, legal, insurance, engineering, or regulatory claims.
A trained person should not sound scripted. They should be calm, clear, practical, and documentation-minded. The goal is not to overwhelm people with terminology. The goal is to help them understand what matters, what does not, and what the next right step should be.
StressFree Academy™ training tracks are being developed as part of our larger standards, documentation, and verification system. Public access, certificate verification, and course availability will be released as each component is completed.
