Commercial Work Authorization

The undersigned Authorized Representative hereby engages StressFree Mold Remediation LLC to perform environmental treatment, mold remediation, sanitation, microbial control, odor mitigation, equipment placement, drying support, disinfecting, and related services as requested for the property identified by Client.

Client authorizes StressFree Mold Remediation LLC to access the property, inspect affected or related areas, evaluate visible site conditions, document work performed, place equipment where appropriate, apply professional treatment products, and perform commercially reasonable services necessary to complete the requested project.

Client acknowledges that services may include, but are not limited to, air movement, air filtration, hydroxyl treatment, HEPA air scrubbing, antimicrobial application, broad-spectrum disinfectant application, enzymatic treatment, odor control, surface treatment, containment recommendations, documentation, and related project support when applicable.

Client acknowledges that StressFree Mold Remediation LLC may rely upon verbal, written, text message, email, purchase order, work order, or electronic authorization requests from Client’s authorized representatives.

For established commercial accounts, this authorization may apply to individual projects, repeat service requests, multiple properties, recurring service needs, and future work requested by Client during the active authorization period.

Unless otherwise revoked in writing, Client authorizes StressFree Mold Remediation LLC to proceed with requested work based on communication from an authorized representative of Client.

Any services requested beyond the original scope may be invoiced separately and shall become due under the same commercial payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional work may include expanded treatment areas, additional equipment days, repeat applications, emergency response, after-hours service, disposal, access coordination, documentation, certificate preparation, return visits, or services requested by Client after the original project begins.

For repeat commercial clients, this authorization may function as a Master Service Authorization for a twelve (12) month period from the date of signature unless replaced, updated, or revoked in writing.

During that period, Client may authorize additional projects by text, email, phone, purchase order, work order, or other written communication from an authorized representative.

Each individual property, project, or work order may be invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StressFree Mold Remediation LLC’s liability for any claim, dispute, damage, or alleged loss arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

StressFree Mold Remediation LLC shall not be responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, concealed contamination, unrelated moisture sources, structural issues, occupant health claims, business interruption, loss of use, lost profits, delay damages, loss of rents, loss of sale, tenant disputes, lender concerns, buyer objections, inspection outcomes, insurance coverage decisions, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.

Client agrees to hold harmless StressFree Mold Remediation LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, representatives, and agents from claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from conditions not caused by StressFree Mold Remediation LLC’s direct work.

This includes, but is not limited to, pre-existing mold, moisture, odor, structural defects, hidden contamination, concealed building defects, occupant health concerns, water intrusion, humidity conditions, HVAC issues, plumbing issues, roofing issues, foundation conditions, building envelope defects, prior remediation work, work performed by others, or future environmental conditions occurring after StressFree Mold Remediation LLC completes its services.

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StressFree Mold Remediation LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, representatives, and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, or expenses arising out of or related to Client’s property, Client’s instructions, Client-supplied information, access authorization, tenant or occupant claims, ownership disputes, property sale disputes, insurance disputes, undisclosed conditions, pre-existing conditions, or work requested by Client.

Client’s indemnification obligation shall apply except to the extent a claim is finally determined to have been caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of StressFree Mold Remediation LLC.

Client acknowledges that StressFree Mold Remediation LLC may rely on information provided by Client, Client’s representatives, property owners, tenants, managers, contractors, inspectors, agents, insurance representatives, or other third parties when preparing estimates, scopes, invoices, documentation, certificates, and service recommendations.

StressFree Mold Remediation LLC shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, delays, incomplete documentation, inaccurate project assumptions, or scope limitations caused by inaccurate, incomplete, withheld, outdated, or misleading information provided by Client or third parties.

Client is responsible for reviewing estimates, scopes, invoices, documentation, property information, project addresses, access instructions, billing information, and certificate details for accuracy. Client must promptly notify StressFree Mold Remediation LLC of any suspected error or omission so it can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

By submitting the authorization form, signing electronically, issuing a purchase order, approving work by email, approving work by text message, requesting service, granting property access, or allowing StressFree Mold Remediation LLC to begin work, Client acknowledges and agrees to the commercial terms listed on this page.

These terms include authorization to perform services, approved account authorization, scope flexibility, change orders, payment terms, master service authorization, service limitations, limitation of liability, hold harmless, indemnification, errors and omissions, and documentation limitations.
